A fine collection of rare Luftwaffe Staffelabzeichen.
Luftwaffe aircraft commonly carried a squadron emblem on
the fuselage and these were often also produced as a small
emblem which could be worn on the tunic lapel.

Unit emblem (Staffelabzeichen) for fighter squadron III./ JG27.
Price 850€
Another version of the "Jesau Cross", with a yellow outline to the white shield and three
yellow aircraft pointing downwards. The oldest day fighter unit in the Luftwaffe, the unit
was formed as I./ JG 131 at Jesau in 1937 when it adopted this badge.

Unit emblem (Staffelabzeichen) for Zerstörergeschwader ZG76.

A diamond shaped field with a black diving Bf 110 with red shark's mouth against
a white cloud. Makers mark on the reverse is for Lauer of Nürnberg, a well known
maker of badges and insignia.

Double sided desk flak ( both sides identical) for 8 Staffel of
Kampfgeschwader 2. Shows Luftwaffe sword with numeral "8"
plunging into the area around London on a map of the UK

showing the unit emblem in the centre.
Above is carved the inscription "Kriegsweihnacht 1939" (Wartime Christrmas 1939)
and below I/J.G.1

A superb and rare silver framed presentation photograph.
The photograph is of WW1 fighter ace Oswald Boelcke, contained in a real silver (hallmarked)
frame, engraved on the lower obverse "Dem scheidenden Kameraden Hptm. Frhr. von Nordeck
zu Nordeck 13.3.36 -10.11.39 Offz.Korps. III/ K.G. Boelcke Nr 27".
The piece was obviously presented to the departing Hauptmann after a period of service with
the Geschwader as a leaving gift. This officer was a holder of the Spanish Cross in Gold with Swords
later served as Gruppenkommandeur of III/K.G.77. He survived the war and is believed to have died in 2004

A white cloth pennant with the unit emblem of a black diving eagle holding
a bomb. Above is a panel with a red text "LEGION CONDOR"
At the base of the pennant is a stamped number 34 in black ink.
The reverse is in plain black cloth

Commemorative unit Badge "Vista Suerte Y Al Toro" with
two original period photos showing the unit emblem
on the nose of a Bf109e. The Roman numeral II seen on
the unit badge on the aircraft refers to the second time Spanish
pilots have been at war against the communists (the first time
being the Spanish Civil War).
The individual in the photo wearing the rank patch for a Major is
Angel Salas Larrazabal, commander of 1st Staffel
